Dealers Auto Auction of Little Rock names new general manager
Dealers Auto Auction Group has named longtime auto industry veteran Michael Schenks as the new general manager of its Little Rock, Ark., location.
Schenks joins DAA of Little Rock with more than 30 years of experience, most recently with BigIron Auctions, where he served as national director of classic cars and regional manager. DAA said Schenks is “well positioned to lead the Little Rock team and foster strong relationships with industry partners, clients and the local automotive community.”
Dealers Auto Auction CEO David Andrews said he is “excited” about the new addition.
“His deep understanding of the auto industry and proven leadership skills will play a crucial role in driving our commitment to excellence in this region,” Andrews said. “We are confident Michael’s leadership will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our Little Rock operations.”
Schenks will oversee the day-to-day operations at DAA of Little Rock, focusing on service, transparency and value to buyers and sellers.
“I’m excited about the future growth of the business with a huge focus on customer satisfaction,” he said. “I have an open-door policy with an open mind to listen to all the dealers’ ideas and concerns.
“I’m looking forward to meeting all the new dealers and reacquainting with the area dealers from the past. Great things are right around the corner for the all-new Dealers Auto Auction here in Little Rock.”
