AVV Unveils Two New Products to Boost Conversions
WESTERVILLE, Ohio — AVV, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, launched two new products this week in what executives called part of a larger initiative to increase lead conversions.
The first product is WebResponse, e-mail templates that AVV said can offer personalized message customization for dealers.
Executives explained that dealers can select from multiple style variations that build on the dealership's logo, Web site theme and colors. They believe the combination of the vehicle-specific messages to potential buyers and the design customization can provide greater message relevancy for buyers.
"This advantage will lead more potential buyers to the showroom of that specific dealership," AVV contends.
The other product recently rolled out is WebTalk, which is an outbound calling feature that can be integrated with AVV's core product, Web Control. The company indicated that dealers using this technology can log into the Web Control interface and connect with buyers.
AVV went on to mention that WebTalk also can record calls with playback options for increased effectiveness in sales representative auditing and training.
"When we say, 'AVV ensures no lead ever becomes a missed opportunity,' we mean just that," stressed Ed Braunbeck, general manager of AVV.
"With WebResponse and WebTalk, we've addressed two more ways for dealers to track, convert and manage every potential prospect," Braunbeck continued. "These are cost-effective marketing efforts with tangible results for our dealers."
