NCM Associates Revamps Public Web Site
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — NCM Associates recently launched a redesigned version of its public Web site that highlights best practices for buy-here, pay-here and other retail dealerships. The site now has a new home page, videos, calendar of events, news and information updates and a featured promotion available from NCM.
Visitors also now can sign up for other special e-mail offers as well as a free subscription to the NCM Perspectives quarterly e-newsletter through www.ncm20.com.
"It's been a monumental effort, but the new site is distinctive, compelling and much more user-friendly and is evidence of our continued investment on behalf of our clients and the industries we serve," explained, Paul Faletti Jr., NCM's president and chief executive officer.
"To be sure, our site leaves no doubt as to our focus on leadership in our core segment, the U.S. automotive industry, while telling the story of our success in expanding our service offerings to more than 20 other industries," Faletti continued.
"We are eager to ratchet up our search engine optimization strategy to pull online seekers into our domain and introduce them to our industry-leading services," he added.
Besides this new site redesign, NCM executives also mentioned the company is busy developing new online tools and utilities for its clients and visitors. The intended benefits of these initiatives are a full understanding of the value of operations benchmarking to the ongoing profitability of their businesses.
"We find that in many cases, business owners and dealership principals are not aware of how their operations stack up against their peers," Faletti pointed out.
"These tools will allow us to demonstrate that they no longer have to make decisions in a vacuum; that NCM can lead them to maximize their profitability by showing them that through our trademarked Benchmark for Success process, they'll see themselves compared side-by-side with their industry peers," he went on to say.
"Coupled with our other services, including 20 Group peer collaboration services, on-site consulting and robust management and leadership training offered through NCM Institute, these business owners become industry leaders in their own right," Faletti concluded.
