Reviver is now offering a financing option for its RPlate digital license plate.

The technology company said it is providing increased flexibility for customers of both its battery-operated and wired models with buy-now, pay-later financing on the $599 purchase price available through the Affirm financing services.

“We are constantly listening to our customers to build an exemplary offering that enriches the driving experience and provides significant value,” Reviver founder and chief strategy officer Neville Boston said.

“Our goal is to create choices that enable as many people as possible to experience the dramatic enhancements that a digital license plate can offer. This new financing option will allow people to tailor the purchase to their personal situation and individual budget.”

In a news release, RPlate said Affirm allows customers to pay over time without any fees, and it will be integrated into the company’s website shopping cart and checkout, with online qualifying based on the customer’s.

The company said annual service plans providing access to RPlate features and benefits are available for both the battery-operated and wired models. Under its new pricing structure, 60 days of connected service are included at no charge for new customers “as an added incentive to fully utilize the RPlate’s unique capabilities.”

Reviver said its digital license plate is a connected vehicle platform that not only replaces traditional static metal plates with digital displays and allows visual personalization of the display with custom messaging, but also includes location tracking, registration renewal via mobile app, alerts when the vehicle has been moved, tamper-proof mounting and anti-theft features.
