One of the 2020 Women in Remarketing honorees now is general manager of America’s Auto Auction El Paso.

This week, the company announced the promotion of Judith Ayub to general manager of the West Texas auction stemming from what America’s said have been “significant” contributions since joining the operation as the first employee when it was founded in February 2011.

“Judith’s journey cannot be separated from the success story of our El Paso location,” America’s Auto Auction RSVP Brian Thomas said in a news release. “Her deep understanding of both the El Paso market and the automotive industry, coupled with her extensive experience within our organization, make her an excellent choice for this crucial role.”

Ayub began her automotive career in the 1990s, starting in the rental car sector before moving into the auction industry. She has since served in various capacities within America’s Auto Auction El Paso, including human resources, fleet lease manager and assistant general manager.

Thomas reiterated her dedication and knowledge have been instrumental in the growth and success of the auction.

“In each role, Judith has shown a remarkable ability to navigate complex situations and deliver results,” Thomas said. “She has been an integral part of our team, and her promotion to General Manager is a testament to her skills, her dedication, and her ability to lead.”

As general manager, Ayub will oversee all operations at America’s Auto Auction El Paso.

“America’s Auto Auction El Paso has a rich history of connecting sellers and buyers in a manner that is efficient, transparent, and fair,” Ayub said. “As general manager, I am committed to building on this legacy and serving our customers to the best of my ability.”
