SYCN Auto Logistics has released its new user platform, SYCN 3.0.

In a news release distributed this week, the company said the updated platform is designed to “transform the way customers interact with the company’s services” with greater flexibility and convenience in managing auto transport needs.

The increased flexibility includes allowing customers to configure and customize drop-off and pick-up dates and times to align with their schedules and preferences.

In addition, SYCN 3.0 offers access to real-time order status updates and electronically signed BOLs and comprehensive inspection reports for their vehicles directly from the tool.

SYCN Auto Logistics chief revenue officer John Robertson said the new platform represents “a significant milestone” for the company’s commitment to improving the user experiences.

“These new features are a direct response to the valuable feedback we’ve received from our users,” said Robertson, who is among the industry leaders set to appear during Used Car Week, which begins Nov. 6 in Scottsdale, Ariz.

“We believe SYCN 3.0 will elevate your auto logistics experience, making it more user-friendly and efficient than ever before,” he went on to say.
