Michigan Auto Title Services Names New VP
SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Todd Wysocki, president Michigan Auto Title Services, recently hired a new executive to serve as vice president of strategic planning and analytics.
Coming over to MATS from Hyundai Motor Finance is Matthew Yoo. MATS is looking for Yoo to leverage key factors of success in the title industry and proprietary process developed by the company. Furthermore, the company charged Yoo with reducing cycle time for consignors to liquidate off-lease and repossessed units.
"We are very excited Matthew Yoo decided to join our team," Wysocki said.
"With Matthew's prior analytics and risk-based auto remarketing background, Matthew will play an integral role in order to achieve our ultimate goal to service our current and future customer's needs," Wysocki continued.
"Matthew brings impressive remarketing and analytical experience with five large national companies during his 18-year career," Wysocki added.
Along with six years in various roles with GE Capital Auto Leasing, executives highlighted that Yoo has held various positions with First Union National Bank, US Bank, HSBC as well as Hyundai Motor Finance.
"I'm pleased to help move MATS to the next level," Yoo emphasized.
"I believe it's safe to say, every manager that's tasked with remarketing vehicles within their own respective auto finance companies have one and the same thing in common — to sell the most amount of repossessed vehicles at the highest return within the shortest period of time," he went on to say.
"Historically, having available sale-ready negotiable titles within a timely basis has always been the biggest bottle-neck in that effort," Yoo added.
Paula Kozey, co-owner of MATS, reiterated what the company provides for the industry.
"For as long as the company has been around, MATS continued to invest in various related technologies and process improvements that have proven to be the exact needed ingredients to stay ahead of the curve in this ever-changing industry," Kozey pointed out.
"As a result, MATS, currently provides some of the quickest title turn-times at the most cost-competitive prices that you'll find anywhere throughout the entire industry," she concluded.
